I'll list my personal favourite for each class, and detail why I like it, but why I like it may be why someone else hates it (*cough Necromancer cough*.)Īmazon: Personally, I don't really like Amazons. It all comes down to personal preference. and I'd really like to hear the SPF's opinions on what's "fun" for each class.

I have a few ideas in mind already, but I don't want tip my hand. I'll be playing SC and will be heavily twinked. I don't mind a challenge, but I also don't intend to explore the mind-numbing patience required by a Thorns necro (for example). that may be a cookie cutter, or it may be entirely unconventional. What I'm most looking for is a "fun" build. So I've decided to tackle a septivirate, and I'm looking for your experiences and opinions. Some classes I know inside & out, while others I haven't yet found the 'right' build to open up my full interest in that class. Of all the other D2 goals I've yet to achieve (untwinked single-pass guardian, etc), there aren't really any that stand out as an appealing project to tackle at this point in my D2 career.īut one aspect of D2 that I've always enjoyed - and still do, to some extents - is to explore the nuances of various classes and builds while questing through the game. Although it's always been on my D2-bucket list, it's even more unlikely that I'll ever come remotely close to a level 99 character. Although I lucked into a Tyrael's Might once upon a time, I simply cannot stay focused & committed to the necessary runs to knock out those last 4-5* TC87's (* I found my one & only Windforce shortly before a hard-drive crash - an un-backed-up hard-drive crash, that is). I'm starting to accept the high probability that I'll never complete my grail.
